Renovate to Sell

The Right Renovation
Sells Faster, For More.

Buyers across the GTA decide in the first thirty seconds. A dated kitchen or a tired bathroom quietly costs you offers — and every extra week on market costs you leverage. We renovate the rooms that actually move the needle, so your listing shows better, shows sooner, and closes higher.

Live In or Rent Out

Renovate To Live In,
Or To Rent Out.

Whether it's the forever-home kitchen you've been putting off, or a fast turnaround between tenants — it's the same crew and the same standard. We build for how the space actually gets used, so it still looks right years from now.

Our Services

One Crew for Every Room —
Inside and Out.

From a single bathroom to a full gut renovation, decks and exteriors included. One point of contact, one schedule, and the same standard of finish across the entire job.

A finished living room with a whitewashed brick fireplace, timber mantel and new plank flooring. A finished basement living space with built-in shelving, a linear fireplace and a wet bar.

Why Homeowners Pick Us

We Take The Risk Out Of
Letting Someone Into Your Home.

Renovations go wrong in predictable ways — a trade who stops answering, a price that creeps once the walls are open, a finish nobody wants to stand behind. We put the protections in writing before the first wall comes down.

  • Licensed, insured and WSIB-covered trades on every job.
  • A fixed payment schedule tied to milestones, not guesswork.
  • A written workmanship warranty that outlasts the final invoice.
  • One project manager and a shared schedule you can check any time.

    Ask A Question

How much does a home renovation cost in Toronto?

It depends almost entirely on scope, the condition of what is behind the walls, and the finishes you choose. Rather than guess, we do a free walkthrough, measure up and give you an itemised fixed-price quote. That number is what you pay — we do not start work on a rough range and settle up at the end.

Do I need a permit for my renovation?

Usually yes for anything structural: removing load-bearing walls, additions, new window or door openings, raised decks, and most plumbing or electrical relocations. Purely cosmetic work such as paint, flooring or a cabinet swap generally does not. We confirm the requirement with your municipality and handle the application and inspections for you.

How long does a renovation take?

A bathroom is typically two to three weeks, a kitchen three to five, and a whole-home gut runs in months rather than weeks. Your quote includes a start date and a working schedule, and you will know inside the first week if anything behind the walls is going to move it.

Do I have to move out while you work?

For a single room, no. We seal the work area, run dust protection and keep the rest of the house usable. For a full gut, or when water and heat are off for an extended stretch, moving out is usually easier and often makes the job faster. We will tell you honestly which one your project is.

    Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and licensed trades handle all electrical, plumbing and gas work. We send you the certificates before you sign anything. You should ask any contractor for these, and be wary of one who hesitates.

Which areas of the GTA do you serve?

Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Brampton and Oakville. If you are just outside that, ask us anyway and we will tell you straight whether the travel makes sense.

    How do payments work?

A deposit books your slot in the schedule and covers materials, then payments are tied to completed milestones rather than to dates on a calendar. The final payment is due after the walkthrough and the snag list are finished, not before.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes. You get a written workmanship warranty handed over with the completed job, on top of whatever manufacturer warranties apply to the materials, fixtures and appliances installed.

Can you build from my own architect or designer's drawings?

Yes. If you already have drawings we will build to them and coordinate with your designer directly. If you do not, we can handle layout planning and material selection ourselves, so you are not managing two companies at once.

What happens if you find something unexpected?

Older houses hide things: knob-and-tube wiring, rot behind tile, a wall that turns out to be load-bearing. We stop, show you what we found, price the fix in writing and get your approval before carrying on. Nothing is added to your bill without you agreeing to it first.
