1. Accepting these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Using the site

You may browse this site and contact us for genuine enquiries about renovation work. You may not use it to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to scrape or republish our content commercially.

3. Quotes and estimates

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no price shown or described here is binding.

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our schedule. A binding agreement exists only when we have visited the property, issued a written quote, and both parties have signed it.

Any timeline, duration or price range described on this site is a general indication based on typical projects. Your project will be scoped and priced on its own facts.

4. Photographs you send us

When you upload photographs through our contact form, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you give us permission to use them internally to assess and price your project.

We will not publish, share or use your photographs for marketing without asking you first and getting your agreement in writing.

5. Our content

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and code on this site belong to Anchor Renovations or are used with permission. You may not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

You may share links to our pages freely.

6. Accuracy of information

We keep the information on this site as accurate as we reasonably can, but it is provided for general guidance only. Building codes, permit requirements, material availability and pricing change, and what applies to one property may not apply to yours.

Nothing on this site is professional, structural, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on it in place of a site-specific assessment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for the work we actually carry out for you under a signed contract, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Availability

We try to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.
